A water meter factory in Xingtai, Hebei, China — building meters since 2005.
XTHBM is a water meter manufacturer with our own production plant, an in-house R&D team and a testing laboratory. We make mechanical, ultrasonic and wireless water meters, flow meters and the parts inside them.
Our factory covers 60,000 square meters with modern production equipment and a large-diameter water meter test bench. Because we manufacture both meters and their internal mechanisms, we can match the body, register and fittings in one order, and we support OEM and ODM projects for customers who need their own brand on the meter.
How we manufacture
Every meter is tested before it leaves the factory.
We control the whole process in-house — from casting and machining to assembly and calibration.
Production covers mechanical water meters (single-jet, multi-jet, Woltman and volumetric), ultrasonic and electromagnetic flow meters, and wireless remote meters with LoRa, LoRaWAN or GPRS modules. Each batch goes through pressure testing, accuracy calibration on our test benches and a final visual check. For OEM orders we handle custom specifications, body markings and export packing, and our engineers work with customers to confirm the configuration before production starts.
